By accessing or using the JP Trades website, purchasing any services, or participating in any JP Trades programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
JP Trades provides trading education through online courses, a VIP Discord community, group execution lab sessions, and private 1-on-1 mentoring. JP Trades does NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading signals. All content is strictly educational in nature.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Current subscription tiers include Core Membership ($99/mo) and Execution Labs ($199/mo). Founder pricing ($69/mo and $149/mo respectively) is available to early members and is locked in for the duration of continuous, uninterrupted membership. If a founder cancels and later re-subscribes, standard pricing applies.
Mentoring sessions are purchased as hourly packages: 1 hour ($200), 3 hours ($500), or 5 hours ($750). Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement between the student and JP. Cancellation or rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice (no-show) will result in forfeiture of that session.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription memberships auto-renew on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate access granted upon purchase, no refunds are issued for course access, memberships, or mentoring sessions. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact support within 7 days of the charge.
Founder pricing is a limited-time incentive offered to early supporters of JP Trades. Founder rates are locked in as long as membership remains active and continuously subscribed without interruption. Any lapse in subscription — whether voluntary or involuntary — permanently forfeits founder pricing. Once the Founder Group is closed, it will not reopen.
All course content, materials, videos, documents, frameworks, and resources provided through JP Trades are the sole intellectual property of JP Trades LLC. Reproduction, distribution, sharing, screen recording, downloading, or resale of any materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
JP Trades reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at any time for violations of these terms, abusive or disruptive behavior within the community, sharing or reselling of content, or any other reason at its sole discretion. No refund is issued upon termination for cause.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. JP Trades makes no guarantees of profitability or specific trading results. Past performance — whether by JP Trades, its instructors, or any member — is not indicative of future results. Your trading results depend entirely on your own actions, decisions, and market conditions.
JP Trades LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, lost profits, or other direct or indirect consequences resulting from the use of educational content, participation in community activities, or engagement with any JP Trades services.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Florida.
JP Trades reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
